Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or as store credit, as requested by the customer on successful returns.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and meet criteria for warranty / guarantee.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Please provide clear photos and proof of purchase for faster resolution.
5. Delivery & Shipping Costs
- Delivery or shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
